Founded in 1988, Clancy Builders Ltd. is a family owned and operated builder, specializing in custom homes ranging in scale from 1,400 square feet to upwards of 7,000 square feet. Working within an 80 km radius of Owen Sound we have completed hundreds of custom builds, forming a legacy of some of the finest homes Grey and Bruce counties have to offer.
